1 General Rules

• If verification documents are not submitted within 72 hours of being requested, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus: A 120% bonus on your first deposit at bat66, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• A wagering requirement of 15x applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not deposit + bonus).
• Example: On a ৳1,000 deposit you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus (total ৳2,200). Before withdrawing bonus winnings, you must wager ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.
• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If a withdrawal is attempted without meeting the bonus terms, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• bat66 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.

6 Gaming Rules & Regulations

All games on the bat66 platform are operated on the basis of fair play. The games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased and uncontrolled outcomes.

• If a game result is affected by a technical error, bat66 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.

Users may also request account closure at any time. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed, provided there are no bonus-related restrictions.
